1.       Objective/Product:  Research Committee

2.        Action Points:

1.        Abdulla Khaled: Advertise and visit schools

2.       Mohammed Ali: Supervise the orientation day and tours inside the college for the students

3.       Set-up research committee:

·         Make a survey about the college's implementation of the change for the students

·         The possibility of implementing the changes in college

4.       Set-up a planning committee:

·         Make a plan based on the survey made on either the change is acceptable or not by the student side

·         The resources needed and how to apply the change

3.       Minutes:             1. Increase student by advertisements.

                                                2. Offer Jobs and sponsorships

                                                3. Building Campuses

                                                4. Increase teachers

                                                5. Required GPA 3.3 – 3.5 up to 4.0 to study outside the borders.
